BlueGriffon 1.4

Setup BlueGriffon : install Babylon toolbar

  • sur Windows XP : supprimez c:\Documents and Settings\yourlogin\ApplicationData\Disruptive Innovations SARL

There are two hidden preferences in this 1.4. To set such a preference, open the Preferences panel, select the Advanced panel and open the configuration editor. Right-click in the main area and select New > Boolean. Enter the name of the new preference and set it to true. To revert to the original platform-dependant behaviour, reset the property or turn it to false.

  • hidden preference bluegriffon.defaults.forceLF to force saving documents into Unix mode (carriage returns are one LF). This preference was added on W3C’s request :-)
  • hidden preference bluegriffon.inContext.enabled. I won’t tell you what it does… Set it to true (see above), and select some text in the main vie :-) Note: it’s nice on OS X, acceptable on Windows, and has some issues on Linux. I’ll iron that for 1.5…
